  • The buyer is responsible for the following where the seller delivers in bulk:  A safe and suitable bulk storage that complies in all respects with requirements of regulations made by H.M Government and other competent authority

  • The Buyer must ensure that the tank in which the delivery is to be made will be able to hold the full quantity ordered without incidental risk to the buyer/sellers’ property or agents

  • The Buyer must ensure that the passage for the sellers’ vehicles is safe and without any risk to the buyer/sellers’ property or agents

 Prices include government tax
All prices of products supplied are chargeable at the price of the order date, as the oil will be paid for online at the time of purchase
